Floor Plans, Dimensions and Capacities
The Deeley Conference Hall boasts 3,600 square feet of rental space in addition to the 7,000 square ft. of the Exhibition. We are wheel chair accessible throughout the facility and also have a Special Needs/Family Washroom.
There are 2 conference rooms. The Small Boardroom ideally accommodates seated groups as small as 10 and as large as 24. The Large Conference room can take seated groups up to 80 people, depending on the desired setup. The boardroom and conference room can be combined to offer more setup flexibility to your event.
Rental of the entire Hall and motorcycle Exhibition allows use of the foyer, both rooms and the exhibition for receptions and dining. Availability for the entire facility is daily after 6pm (with set up starting at 5pm).
All weekday functions are catered in-house. Outside caterers may be brought in for evening and weekend functions.

Entire Conference Hall (Conference Rooms A & B)
The Conference Hall is 1,800 square feet in total and can be utilized as one big room or separated for those meetings that have a “break-out” component and has all amenities as outlined above.
